职业性外照射个人剂量监测结果的调查研究

Investigation and study of results of personal dose monitoring of occupational external radiation

目的对职业性外照射个人监测结果进行现场调查分析,为规范开展职业性外照射个人剂量监测工作提供科学依据。方法本次调查对象为该市某三甲医院2名放射工作人员,即医师A和医师B,采样现场核查、现场放射防护检测及现场询问等现况调查方法,并详细记录调查结果。结果受调查的2名放射工作人员所处的工作场所放射防护年度常规检测及本次调查现场放射防护检测结果,均符合相关标准要求;除了受调查的2名放射工作人员监测结果异常以外,其他人员检测结果均<1.25 mSv;医师A曾经佩带个人剂量计接受过放射性检查,医师B接受放射性检查时剂量计被留置于放射工作场所内。结论本次职业性外照射个人剂量监测结果异常原因为2名放射工作人员非正常使用剂量计所致,提示该院存在放射工作人员安全防护意识差、责任心不强和对监测工作不重视的现象,应进一步加强培训,提高放射工作人员自我保护意识和技能,完善相关规章制度并纳入科室绩效考核,制订差错报告制度,及时发现、处理和记录异常情况,确保监测数据的真实性和可靠性。

Objective To investigate and analyze the results of personal monitoring of occupational external radiation,so as to provide scientific basis for standardizing the work of personal dose monitoring of occupational external radiation.Methods The subjects of this survey were two radiation workers in a 3 A hospital in this city,namely doctor A and doctor B.Methods of sampling on-site verification,on-site radiological protection testing and on-site inquiry were used,and the survey results were recorded in detail.Results The results of the annual status test of radiation protection in the workplace and the on-site radiation protection test of the two radiation workers under investigation all meet the requirements of relevant standards;except for the abnormal monitoring results of two radiation workers under investigation,the test results of other radiation workers were less than 1.25 m Sv;doctor A once wore a personal dosimeter for radiation examination,and doctor B was placed in the radiation workplace when he received radiation examination.Conclusion The abnormal results of the personal dose monitoring of occupational external radiation were caused by the abnormal use of dosimeters by two radiation workers,which suggested that the radiation workers in this hospital had poor safety protection awareness,weak sense of responsibility and did not pay attention to the monitoring work,so we should further strengthen the training to improve the selfprotection awareness and skills of radiation workers,improve the relevant rules and regulations and incorporate them into the department performance appraisal,formulate the error reporting system,timely discover,handle and record the abnormal situation,and ensure the authenticity and reliability of the monitoring data.
