中医外治法引起皮肤损伤的护理干预措施

Nursing intervention measures of skin injury caused by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine

中医外治法种类繁多,具有适应证广、作用迅速、疗效独特、不良反应少、临床易于推广应用等优势,得到了广大医护人员及患者的认可,已普遍在中医各个临床科室中开展。但是,在中医外治法的临床应用中,部分操作有一定造成皮肤损伤的风险,因此应当注意操作得当,最大限度地降低引起皮肤损伤的风险。而对于出现皮肤损伤的患者,也应及时采取相应的处理措施,以减轻患者痛苦,促进创面的早日愈合。为了更好地推广中医外治法在临床中的合理应用,本文查阅近期相关文献,结合笔者临床实践经验,按照皮肤损伤的原因进行总结分析和探讨,分别从皮肤烫伤水泡、皮肤过敏瘙痒、皮肤硬结出血、皮肤其他损伤等方面对避免皮肤损伤、皮肤损伤的护理策略及相应处理方式进行归纳,以便为临床医务工作者提供借鉴经验,切实维护患者的生命健康。

There are many kinds of external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,with the advantages of wide indications,rapid effect,unique curative effect,less adverse reactions,and easy clinical application.It has been recognized by the majority of medical staff and patients in clinic,and widely carried out in various clinical departments of traditional Chinese medicine.However,in the clinical application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,some operations have a certain risk of skin damage,so we should pay attention to the proper operation to reduce the risk of skin damage to maximum extent.For the patients with skin injury,corresponding treatment measures should be taken in time to reduce the pain of patients and promote the wound healing as soon as possible.In order to better promote the rational application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,this paper reviews the recent relevant literature,combined with the author’s clinical practice experience,summarizes,analyzes and discusses the causes of skin injury,and summarizes the prevention of skin damage and the nursing strategies and corresponding treatment methods of skin injury from the aspects of skin scald blister,skin allergy pruritus,skin induration bleeding,and other skin injuries,in order to provide reference for clinical medical workers,and effectively maintain the life and health of patients.
