医学营养联合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病的效果

Effect of medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus

目的为更好地控制妊娠期患者血糖水平,本文分析了医学营养联合运动疗法在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月汕头潮南民生医院收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者,采取双色球分组法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组实施常规的饮食和运动指导,观察组实施医学营养联合运动疗法。比较两组血糖控制满意率和不良母婴事件发生率。结果观察组血糖控制满意率为93.33%,高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的母婴不良事件发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的18.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学营养联合运动疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病,能更好地控制患者血糖水平,提高血糖控制满意率,降低母婴不良事件发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective In order to better control the blood glucose level of pregnant patients,this paper analyzed the application effect of medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Shantou Chaonan Minsheng Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group with60 cases in each group according to two color ball grouping method.The control group received routine nutrition and exercise guidance,and the observation group received medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy.The satisfaction rate of blood glucose control and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of blood glucose control in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 40.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and infant adverse events in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 18.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical nutrition combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of gestational diabetes could better control the blood glucose level of patients,improve the satisfaction rate of blood glucose mellitus control,and reduce the incidence of maternal and infant adverse events,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
