不同术式在非小细胞肺癌治疗的效果研究

Comparison of the Effects of Different Thoracoscopic Procedures in Early Non-small cell lung cancer SCLC and Their Influence on Patients'Serum Indexes

目的探讨不同胸腔镜术式在早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的效果对比。方法选取2016年5月至2019年5月本院收治的NSCLC患者180例,将其分为A、B、C 3组,每组60例。A组采用单孔胸腔镜,B组采用双孔胸腔镜,C组采用三孔胸腔镜。比较3组手术情况、血清指标水平及术后并发症情况。结果A组手术情况明显优于B、C组,B组明显优于C组(P<0.05);治疗后,A组PCT、IL-8水平明显低于B、C组,B组明显低于C组(P<0.05);3组并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜术式能在保证手术疗效的前提下,有效减轻手术对NSCLC患者造成的创伤,有助于促进患者机能恢复,手术效果可靠。

Objective To compare the effect of different thoracoscopic procedures in early NSCLC.Methods 180 cases of NSCLC patients in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected and divided into three groups according to different vats,60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with single port vats,group B was treated with double port vats,and group C was treated with three port vats.The operation condition,serum index level and postoperative complications of the three groups were compared.Results The operation status of group A was significantly better than that of groups B and C,and group B was significantly better than group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT and IL-8 in group A were significantly lower than those in groups B and C,and those in group B were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the trauma caused by surgery to patients with NSCLC under the premise of ensuring the curative effect of the surgery,and promote the recovery of the patient's function,and ensure reliable surgical results.
