摘要
目的观察胸腔热灌注(IHP)对兔急性肺损伤(ALI)中C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取新西兰大白兔31只,随机分为假撞击组(A)、胸部撞击组(B)、撞击+35度灌洗组(C)和撞击+43度热灌注组(D),垂直撞击右侧胸部,造成ALI,行IHP观察CRP的影响。结果IHP后6和12小时,4组CRP分别是A组(0.97±0.16和0.91±0.13),B组(15.42±0.29和2.73±0.19),C组(14.53±0.21和9.34±0.17),D组(11.72±0.19和11.35±0.24)。D组CRP与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸部撞击致兔ALI,IHP的CRP明显降低,减轻了炎症反应,为IHP对ALI的治疗提供理论依据。
Objective To observe the effect of intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion on c-reactive protein(CRP)in rabbits with acute lung injury.Methods Thirty-one New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into sham impingement group(A),chest impingement group(B),impingement+35degree lavage group(C)and impingement+43degree heat perfusion group(D),the effect of CRP was observed by heat perfusion in thoracic cavity.Results At 6 and 12 hours after warm intrathoracic perfusion,CRP was measured in Group A(0.97±0.16 and 0.91±0.13),Group B(15.42±0.29and 2.73±0.19),Group C(14.53±0.21 and 9.34±0.17),and Group D(11.72±0.19 and 11.35±0.24).The difference of CRP between Group D and Group B was statistically significant(P<0.01),and that between Group D and Group C was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For rabbits with acute lung injury caused by chest impact,the CRP of thoracic thermal perfusion group decreased significantly,which reduced the inflammatory reaction,which provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of acute lung injury by intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion.
