饲料生产中大麦的营养特性和应用研究

摘要 (综述对象)近期随着玉米等饲料用能量原料价格的飞涨,为了降低饲料成本,大麦作为谷物类能量饲料原料,在饲料中的应用日益受到重视。(内容要点)本文介绍了大麦的营养特性和酶制剂的使用及不同处理等因素对大麦饲喂效果的影响。建议根据饲养动物种类和阶段及大麦质量等,通过不同的处理措施如添加酶制剂、粉碎、水浸泡处理、高湿度贮存、制粒等措施,使大麦饲喂效果达到最佳。 Recently,with the soaring price of corn and other feed energy raw materials,in order to reduce the feed cost,barley,as a grain energy feed raw material,has been increasingly attached importance to the application of feed.In this paper,the nutritional characteristics of barley,the effects of enzyme preparation and different treatments on the feeding effect of barley were introduced.It is suggested that different treatment measures such as adding enzyme preparation,crushing,soaking in water,storing in high humidity,granulating,etc.should be taken according to the species and stages of animals and the quality of barley,so as to achieve the best feeding effect of barley.
