Copolymerization of 2-methylaziridine with Carbonyl Sulfide Catalyzed by Salen Catalyst

摘要 以Salen金属铬氯配位化合物[(salen)CrCl]为催化剂搭配双(三苯基膦)氯化铵催化氧硫化碳与2-甲基氮丙啶共聚合成了聚硫代氨基甲酸酯。对聚合物进行表征发现聚合物具有全交替主链结构,共聚物选择性为90%,共聚物重均分子量(M w)为49.6 kg/mol、多分散性指数为1.67。共聚物玻璃化转变温度为94.9℃,初始热分解温度为218℃。通过本研究表明,相比于无催化剂体系,Salen催化剂的加入提高了聚合物的分子量以及热性能。 Salen chromium chloride coordination compound[(salen)CrCl]was used as catalyst in conjunction with bis(triphenylphosphine)ammonium chloride to catalyze the copolymerization of carbonyl sulfide and 2-methylaziridine to form polythiourethane.Characterization of the polymer indicated that the polymer had a fully alternating main chain structure,the copolymer selectivity was 90%,the molecular weight(M w)of the copolymer was 49.6 kg/mol,and the polydispersity index was 1.67.The glass transition temperature of the copolymer was 94.9℃,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature was 218℃.This study showed that the addition of Salen catalyst improved the molecular weight and thermal performance of the copolymer compared to the catalyst-free system.
