摘要 对比了四种金属硫化物包括硫化锑、硫铁矿、硫铜矿和硫化亚锡对合成闸片综合性能的影响,通过对合成闸片力学性能及摩擦性能进行了测试,结果表明硫化锑和硫化亚锡可以显著提高合成闸片的力学性能,改善合成闸片的热衰退,稳定高温摩擦系数,其中硫化锑的改善效果最佳。针对硫化锑在合成闸片中的作用机理进行了研究与探讨,针对硫化锑的百分含量进行了相关对比实验从而确定了最优添加量。 The effects of four metal sulfides,including antimony trisulfide(Sb 2S 3),pyrites,chalcocite and stannous sulfide on the comprehensive properties of the composite brake pads were compared.The mechanical properties and friction properties of the composite brake pads were tested,the results showed that antimony trisulfide and stannous sulfide can significantly improve the mechanical properties,improve heat failing-resistance property and stable the high temperature friction coefficient of the composite brake pad.The improvement effect of antimony trisulfide was the best.Mechanism of antimony trisulflde in the synthetic baking pads was studied and discussed,the optimum addition amount was determined by comparing the percentage content of antimony trisulfide.
