熟地黄工业化生产炮制工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用现代饮片蒸制工业设备,对不同蒸制温度进行考察,以性状和梓醇、地黄苷A、毛蕊花糖苷、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)、葡萄糖的含量为指标,得到熟地黄最佳工业化炮制工艺,并进行工艺验证。结果表明熟地黄最佳炮制工艺为120℃动态高压蒸制2 h,静态焖制1 h。该熟地黄高压蒸制工艺稳定可行,适合工业化生产,能够较好的保证熟地黄炮制品的质量。 The different steaming temperature was investigated by using modern industrialized production equipment.The traits and the content of catalpol,Rehmaionoside A,verbascoside,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,glucose were used as indicators to obtain the best high-pressuresteaming processing technology of prepared Radix Rehmanniae,then the established process was validated.The results showed that the best processing technology of prepared Radix Rehmanniae was high-pressure steaming at 120℃for 2 h and braising statically for 1 h.The process was stable and suitable for industrial production,and could ensure the quality of prepared Radix Rehmanniae.
