摘要
阐述了深海多金属硫化物中有价金属综合回收利用工艺研究。项目试验采用选矿、氧化焙烧、低酸浸出、溶剂萃取及化学沉淀等工艺从深海多金属硫化物中回收有价金属Cu、Co等,并就上述各工艺流程中影响深海多金属硫化物中有价金属回收率的因素进行研究,寻找出了深海多金属硫化物中有价金属综合回收最佳工艺参数,为下一步深海多金属硫化物中有价金属综合回收利用提供技术支持。
The comprehensive recovery and utilization technology of valuable metals in deep sea polymetallic sulfide was described.Beneficiation,oxidation roasting,low acid leaching,solvent extraction and chemical precipitation were used to recover valuable metals such as Cu and CO from deep-sea polymetallic sulphides.The factors influencing the recovery rate of valuable metals in deep-sea polymetallic sulphides in the above processes were studied,and the best process parameters for comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in deep-sea polymetallic sulphides were found out,which can be used as reference The next step was to provide technical support for the comprehensive recovery and utilization of valuable metals in deep-sea polymetallic sulfide.
