摘要
依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),使用高效液相色谱法测定洗发露中甲基氯异噻唑啉酮的含量,建立甲基氯异噻唑啉酮不确定度评定的数学模型,计算合成测量不确定度。对标准中间液的配制、系列标准工作溶液的配制、样品前处理、测量重复性和标准曲线拟合进行不确定度量化和合成。测定结果为(8.84±0.51)μg/g(k=2)。在检测过程中应使用高纯度的标准物质,提高标准中间液和系列标准工作溶液的配制的准确性,保证标准曲线的相关性符合规定。
According to Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 Edition),the content of methylchloroisothiazolinone in shampoo was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,a mathematical model for the uncertainty evaluation of methylchloroisothiazolinone was established,and the uncertainty of synthetic measurement was calculated.Through the quantification and synthesis of uncertainty on the standard intermediate solution,preparation of series standard working solution,sample pretreatment,measurement repeatability and standard curve fitting,it was found the determination result was(8.84±0.51)μg/g(k=2).In the detection process,to ensure that the correlation of the standard curve meets the requirements,high-purity standard materials should be used,and the accuracy of the preparation of standard intermediate solutions and series of standard working solutionsshould be improved.
