Coal slurry system,as an important part of coal preparation plant purification treatment,is the key to affect the quality of coal preparation plant.In the process of slime water treatment in coal preparation plant,the high amount of slime not only increases the burden of slime water treatment,but also affects the effect of slime water treatment.In order to improve this problem,the pressure filtration of slime treatment processwas focused on.On the basis of understanding the principle of decompression filter,adjusting the process parameters,optimizing the way of dosing,reforming the circuit,and so on,through a series of process optimization,the treatment efficiency of fine coal slime was improvedand the quality of commercial coal slimewas ensured.
