摘要
随着环境监管力度的不断扩大,煤炭产品含水量的要求越来越高。精煤水分高的影响因素较多,原煤、设备、工艺三个方面都会对精煤的水分含量造成影响。本文从选煤工艺入手,重点研究压滤系统中的脱水工艺,在分析现有压滤机脱水工艺的基础之上,进行相关工艺等方面的改造,比如入料方式、入料次数、滤布材质的选择等等,进而降低精煤、滤饼的水分,达到生产所需要求,提高企业的经济效率。
With the expansion of environmental supervision,the requirement of water content in coal products is higher and higher.There are many factors that affect the high moisture content of clean coal,such as raw coal,equipment and technology.The dewatering process in the pressure filtration system was studied from the coal preparation process,and the related process modification was carried out on the basis of analyzing the existing dewatering process of pressure filter,such as feeding mode,feeding times,filter cloth material selection,and so on,and then the water of clean coal and filter cake was reduced,so as to meet the production requirements,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
