杜小利教授治疗原发性痛经的经验辑要

Summary of professor Du Xiaoli’s experience in treating primary dysmenorrhea

原发性痛经是女性的常见病、多发病之一,杜小利教授治疗该病具有显著疗效。导师认为本病多以本虚标实为主,其本为阳虚内寒,标为寒湿凝滞,治疗当以温经散寒、养血祛瘀为主,另辅以疏肝健脾之药,临床多以温经汤、艾附暖宫丸加减化裁治疗,能明显缓解痛经患者的诸多不适,疗效显著。现将杜教授治疗本病的经验进行整理归纳,并附验案一则,加以解释。

Primary dysmenorrhea is one of the common and frequent diseases in women.Professor Du Xiaoli has a remarkable curative effect on this disease.According to my teacher,this disease is mainly characterized by deficiency of the essence,which is Yang deficiency of internal cold and cold dampness stagnation.The treatment should be based on warming the meridian and dispersing the cold,nourishing the blood and removing blood stasis,supplemented by drugs to nourish the liver and strengthen the spleen.The clinical treatment is mostly based on the addition and reduction of Wenjing Decoction and Aifu nuangong pill,which can obviously relieve many uncomfortable symptoms of dysmenorrhea and has a significant effect.Now professor Du’s experience in the treatment of this disease is summarized,and a case is attached to explain.
