摘要
目的:建立测定查格得日中羟基红花黄色素A含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为InertSustainAQ C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(含1.5%三乙胺)(26∶2∶72),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长403 nm,柱温40℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.0285966~0.571932μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r^(2)=0.9999;羟基红花黄色素A平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.6%。结论:本方法操作简便,可准确测定査格得日中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。
Objective:To establish a method to determine contents of safflomin A in Chagederi. Methods:Contents of safflomin A was determined by HPLC,the column was InertSustainAQ C_(18)(250 mm ×4.60 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid(26 ∶2 ∶72)(1.5% triethylamine),the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the detection wavelength was set at 403 nm,the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. Results:The linear range of safflomin A was 0.0285966 ~0.5719319 μg(r^(2)=0.9999). The mean recovery of safflomin A was 100.7%,RSD =1.6%. Conclusion:The method is accurate in operation,which can be used to determine contents of safflomin A in Chagederi.
