How Are You Feeling?

摘要 How is your mental health?Good mental health i important.You should feel good about yourself and about life.Everyone feels sad at times.But feeling sad shouldn't stop you from enjoying life.Maybe you worry too much.Many people do.Try writing down your worries.If you do that,you may not think about them so much.You can improve your mental health.Exercise helps and so does being thankful.Be sure to get enough sleep.Life feels better when you're not tired.
