成都川西林盘群保护利用路径探析

Analysis on the protection and utilization path of Linpan group in Chengdu

在乡村振兴战略背景下,基于成都川西林盘所面临的存续能力不足、特色不突出、同质化竞争严重等问题,以林盘群综合开发推进乡村振兴为总体思路,从顶层规划、产业振兴、专项支撑、制度建设等四个方面提出相应的对策建议,以期为成都川西林盘群今后的保护利用路径提供启发与参考。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,based on the problems of insufficient survival ability,unprominent characteristics and serious homogenization competition in Linpan group,this paper takes the comprehensive development of Linpan group to promote rural revitalization as the overall idea,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of top-level planning,industrial revitalization,special support and system construction,in order to provide inspiration and reference for the future protection and utilization path of Linpan group in Chengdu.
