摘要
采用概率法对锈胀开裂寿命模型下保护层厚度与可靠度的关系进行分析研究,得出提高保护层厚度对耐久性的影响明显的结论。对规范中保护层设计厚度是否足够进行验证得知,如以保护层开裂作为寿命预测的标准,室内干燥环境,耐久年限为50年情况下,要满足可靠指标大于0,需保证构件保护层大于28 mm。分析得出规范要求的最低保护层厚度难以满足耐久性要求。
The probability method is used to analyze the relationship between the thickness of protective layer and reliability under the life model of corrosion expansion cracking,and it is concluded that increasing the thickness of protective layer has obvious effect on the durability.The design thickness of the protective layer in the specification is verified.If the cracking of the protective layer is taken as the standard of life prediction,and the indoor dry environment is 50 years,the protective layer of the component should be more than 28 mm to meet the reliability index greater than 0.It is concluded that the minimum thickness of protective layer is difficult to meet the durability requirements.
