On the key technology of deep-buried large-diameter steel corrugated pipe culvert construction in loess area

摘要 钢波纹管涵具有协调变形能力好、施工工期短、工艺简单等诸多优点,逐渐广泛用于黄土地区公路建设中。以国道310洛阳西至豫陕界段南移新建工程为例,针对黄土地区深埋大直径钢波纹管涵施工的特点,对基坑开挖、基础处理、管节拼装、管涵两侧回填、管顶间隔分层回填等黄土地区深埋大直径钢波纹管涵施工关键技术进行研究,取得了较好的效果,以期对类似施工提供一定的参考。 Steel corrugated pipe culvert has many advantages such as good coordination deformation ability,short construction period,simple technology,etc.,which is gradually and widely used in road construction in loess area.Taking the new project of National Highway 310 from Luoyang West to the Henan-Shaanxi border section southward as an example,for the characteristics of deep buried large diameter steel corrugated pipe culvert construction in loess area,the key technology of deep buried large diameter steel corrugated pipe culvert construction in loess area such as pit excavation,foundation treatment,pipe section assembly,backfill on both sides of pipe culvert,pipe top interval layered backfill,etc.was studied,and better results were achieved with a view to providing some reference for similar construction.
