多水源多管网城市分质供水探索

Inquiry on urban dual water supply with multiple water sources and multiple water pipeline networks

摘要 以太原市为例,基于太原市优质地下水、地表水、再生水多种水源并存和市现有自来水网、供热管网、再生水管线等各类供水管网的现状情况,并且利用太原市拥有优质地下水的天然禀赋和城市供热非供暖季闲置的特性,对各水源和各管网的供水能力结合不同水质水的需求量研究,构建适合太原市的水资源配置体系即优质地下水供生活,黄河水供工业、再生水供工业和生态等,将多种水源优化配置,分别用各种管网将不同水质的水送入不同用户,并且提出该构想的实现手段,为类似太原市的北方城市供水规划提供新的思路和建议。 Taking Taiyuan city as an example,based on various water supply network conditions including high-quality underground water,surface water,recycling water sources,current tap water network,heating pipeline network and recycling water pipeline and so on,in light of high-quality underground water and idle urban heating in non-heating season in Taiyuan city,the paper studies various water sources and pipeline network water supplying capacity by combining with different water quality demanding volume,establishes Taiyuan-oriented high-quality water sources allocating system,that is high-quality underground water supply living,Yellow River water supply industry,recycling water supply industry and ecology,respectively distributes different quality water into different users,and finally puts forward its realizing methods,which has provided new concept and suggestions for water supply planning the northern city like Taiyuan city.
