河西地区沥青路面车辙病害原因及防治措施 被引量:5

Analysis on the causes and prevention measures of rutting on asphalt pavement in Hexi area of Gansu

摘要 近年来河西地区某二级公路车辙发展迅速,严重影响路面行驶质量和安全。通过对该地区车辙路段沥青路面实体工程的调查分析和钻芯取样,初步分析车辙产生原因。为此,建立了昼夜大温差、重载作用下不同路面结构的沥青路面车辙计算模型,分析了温度和轴重对路面车辙的影响。结果表明:车辙深度与超载量呈几何倍数增长;温度对车辙的贡献率随着沥青路面厚度的增加而增大。 In recent years,the rutting of a secondary highway in Hexi area has developed rapidly,which seriously affects the driving quality and safety of the road.Through the investigation and analysis of the pavement in rutting section in this area and the sample of drilling core,the causes of rutting are preliminarily analyzed.For this reason,the paper establishes a calculation model for the rutting of asphalt pavement with different pavement structure under the action of large temperature difference and heavy load,and analyzes the influence of temperature and axial load on the rutting of asphalt pavement.The results show that the rut depth and the load increase geometrically.The contribution rate of temperature to rutting increases with the increase of asphalt pavement thickness.
