摘要
以某燃气管道采用顶进防护套管法施工穿越既有高速铁路桥梁为例,采用通用大型岩土工程软件Midas GTS-NX建立三维有限元模型对顶进防护套管工程施工过程进行数值仿真模拟分析,分析燃气管道顶进防护套管工程施工对既有高速铁路桥梁墩顶沉降、墩顶纵向水平位移、墩顶横向水平位移、单桩承载力的影响。分析结果表明:天然气管道穿越高速铁路顶进防护套管工程下穿铁路特大桥对高铁桥梁基础产生一定的附加影响。墩顶沉降、墩顶纵向水平位移、墩顶横向水平位移、单桩承载力均有所增大,但均满足规范限值要求。此天然气管道穿越既有高速铁路顶进防护套管工程设计、施工方案可行。同时证明采用通用大型岩土工程软件Midas GTS-NX对此类工程案例分析研究的可行性,以期为同类型工程案例研究提供参考。
In this paper,a gas pipeline crossing an existing high-speed railway bridge by jacking protective casing method is taken as an example Midas GTS-NX establishes a three-dimensional finite element model to simulate and analyze the construction process of jacking protective casing,and analyzes the influence of gas pipeline jacking protective casing construction on the settlement of pier top,longitudinal horizontal displacement of pier top,transverse horizontal displacement of pier top and bearing capacity of single pile of existing high-speed railway bridge.The analysis results show that:the natural gas pipeline crossing high-speed railway jacking protective casing project under the railway bridge has a certain additional impact on the foundation of high-speed railway bridge.The settlement of pier top,the longitudinal horizontal displacement of pier top,the transverse horizontal displacement of pier top and the bearing capacity of single pile are increased,but they all meet the limit requirements of the code.The project design and construction scheme of the natural gas pipeline crossing the existing high-speed railway jacking protective casing are feasible.At the same time,it proves the feasibility of using general large-scale geotechnical engineering software Midas GTS-NX to analyze and study such engineering cases,so as to provide reference for similar engineering case studies.
