The influence of internet on green building and its evaluation

万物互联的时代遇上可持续发展战略,为绿色建筑的发展和绿色建筑的更加“绿色”带来了新的思考。对互联网与我国绿色建筑发展的历程进行了介绍,并对两者间的相互关系进行了分析,最后从建筑设计与模拟层面、建筑施工建造层面、建筑运维层面论述了互联网对绿色建筑及其评价体系发展的影响。

The era of Internet of Everything meets the strategy of sustainable development,which brings new thinking to the development of green buildings and the more“green”of green buildings.This article first introduces the development of the Internet and my country’s green building,and then analyzes the relationship between the two.Finally,the impact of the Internet on the development of green buildings and their evaluation systems is analyzed from the architectural design and simulation level,building construction level,and building operation and maintenance level.
