摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展,在一定程度上促进了我国建筑行业的发展,同时也对行业的发展提出了新的要求与标准。在建筑各专业的设计过程中应用BIM技术,打破了传统建筑行业的设计模式,有效的实现建筑设计的现代化。对BIM技术进行了介绍,并以益阳市某综合楼为例,对BIM技术在全年空调冷热负荷,室内光环境和小区室内外风环境的模拟仿真软件中的具体应用进行讨论,意在推广BIM技术在模拟仿真软件中的应用。
With the rapid development of social economy,it has promoted the development of China’s construction industry to a certain extent,and also put forward new requirements and standards for the development of the industry.The application of BIM technology in the process of architectural design has broken the design pattern of traditional architectural industry and effectively realized the modernization of architectural design.This paper introduces BIM technology,and takes a comprehensive building in Yiyang City as an example to discuss the specific application of BIM technology in the simulation software of air conditioning heat and cold load,indoor light environment and indoor and outdoor wind environment.The purpose of this paper is to popularize the application of BIM technology in simulation software.
