摘要
针对煤矿综采自动化水平低、缺乏有效协调联动等现象,提出了一种综采工作面协调控制系统。通过分析综采“三机”设备在系统中的控制要求与工艺流程、研究采煤机与液压支架的协调控制技术,提出了系统总体方案,优化系统通信网络,实现高速、有效的指令传输与动作控制。优选协调控制器与传感器,设计分析系统的软件主程序流程图,实现协调控制系统融合“三机”设备的控制需求。
This article proposed a coordinated control system for fully-mechanized mining face in view of the low level of coal mine automation and lack of effective coordination and linkage.By analyzing the control requirements and process flow of the three fully-mechanized mining equipment in the system,researching the coordinated control technology of the shearer and the hydraulic support,the overall system plan was proposed,the system communication network was optimized,and the high-speed and effective command transmission and action control were realized.The coordination controller and sensor were optimized,and the main program flow chart of the analysis system was designed to realize the integration of the control requirements of"three machine"equipment in the coordination control system.
