Research and application of mixed combustion of sludge transported by plunger pump in 300 MW CFB boiler

城市污泥处理需求量大,综合处理技术不成熟,处理过程耗费大量人力物力,是急需解决的城市问题。可以充分利用300 MW CFB锅炉具有燃料适应性广、氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放低、易于实现灰渣利用等的特点,实现大型工程化处理城市污泥。采用柱塞泵输送湿污泥至300 MW CFB锅炉炉顶入炉掺烧项目的实施,具有污泥燃烧特性好、更容易燃烧;不对原煤输送及炉前给料系统产生影响;对锅炉运行影响很小,尤其是湿污泥炉顶给入进料方式不影响燃烧稳定性;不影响炉渣、飞灰的综合利用;湿污泥直接掺烧,不需要对湿污泥进行干化,具有对环境无污染,投资低,处理成本适中,经济效益明显等特点。利用柱塞泵输送污泥掺烧的方案,实现城市污泥的大量无害化处理,有力推进了“无废城市”进程。

The demand of municipal sludge treatment is large,and the comprehensive treatment technology is not mature,and the treatment process consumes a lot of human and material resources,which is an urgent urban problem to be solved.It can make full use of the characteristics of 300 MW CFB boiler,such as wide adaptability of fuel,low emission of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))and easy utilization of ash,so as to realize large-scale engineering treatment of municipal sludge.The project of using plunger pump to transport wet sludge to the top of 300 MW CFB boiler for blending combustion has the advantages of better combustion characteristics and easier combustion.It has no influence on raw coal conveying and feeding system in front of furnace.It has little influence on the boiler operation,especially the feeding mode of wet sludge on the top of the boiler does not affect the combustion stability.The comprehensive utilization of slag and fly ash is not affected.The wet sludge is directly mixed and burned without drying the wet sludge.It has the characteristics of no pollution to the environment,low investment,moderate treatment cost and obvious economic benefits.The scheme of using plunger pump to transport sludge mixed with combustion realizes a large number of harmless treatment of urban sludge,and effectively promotes the process of"waste free city".
