甘肃西汉水支流平洛河流域“20200812”暴雨洪水调查分析

Investigation and analysis of“20200812”rainstorm flood in Pingluo River Basin

为掌握甘肃西汉水支流平洛河流域洪水涨落规律,积累资料,计算重现期,分析流域内降水与洪水的相关性,对该流域的暴雨洪水特点及造成的影响进行了分析,并依据外业测量、调查资料进行了计算和整理。利用GIS软件、全站仪、比降-面积法、五点概化法、推理公式法,对各支流暴雨频率、洪水演进、洪峰流量、洪水总量进行了计算,并分析了成因。此次洪水调查成果可为平洛河流域生产和防汛调度工作提供技术支撑。

In order to master the flood fluctuation law of the Pingluo River Basin,accumulate data,calculate return period,and analyze the correlation between rainfall and flood in the basin.This paper analyzes the characteristics of rainstorm and flood in the Pingluo River Basin,a tributary of the Western Hanshui river,and the rainstorm im⁃pact,and carries out relative analysis,calculation and data sorting of the rainstorm and flood according to the field survey and investigation data.By using GIS software,total station,slope-area method,five point generalization method and reasoning formula,the rainstorm frequency,flood routing,peak discharge and total flood amount of each tributary are calculated,and the causes are analyzed.The results of this flood survey can provide technical da⁃ta for the production and flood control operation of the Pingluo River Basin.
