Study on project management standardization of water conservancy project during operation period

为了满足水利工程标准化的发展需求,进行了水利工程运营期工程管理标准化的探索。以工程管理标准的目标和架构为出发点,建立了一种创新的水利工程运营期工程规范化、标准化管理模式,填补了运营期水利工程管理体系、管理目标和管理标准不健全的短板,可为提高运营期水利工程现代化、信息化管理水平、维修养护质量及监管效率提供技术支撑。

In order to meet the development demand of water conservancy project standardization,it is very important to study the management standard of water conservancy project.this paper explores the project management standards during the operation period of water conservancy projects,establishes an innovative normalized and stan⁃dardized management mode of water conservancy projects during the operation period,and makes up shortslabs in the management system,management object and management standard of water conservancy projects during the operation period to provides technical support for improving water conservancy project modernization,information management level,maintenance quality and supervision efficiency in operation period.
