摘要
为研究鄱阳湖出口浮游植物群落与环境因子关系,2017年对湖口断面浮游植物群落组成及环境因子变化进行了调查。藻类群落结构与环境因子RDA分析显示,隐藻属、舟形藻属、直链藻属3种优势种受环境因子影响程度较为相似,主要受总磷、氨氮的负相关影响。研究表明:气温、氨氮、水温、总磷、溶解氧、氯化物为湖口断面藻类分布的主要影响因素;其中,气温、水温等环境因子对蓝藻门影响最大,硅藻门受环境因子影响较小。
In order to study the relationship between phytoplankton community and environmental factors at the outlet of Poyang Lake,the phytoplankton community composition and environmental factor changes at the lake outlet section were investigated in 2017.Based on RDA analysis of algae community structure and environmental factors,three dominant species-Cryptophyta,navicular algae and linear algae,were found to be affected by environmental factors to a similar extent,mainly by the negative correlation of total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen.The results show that air temperature,ammonia nitrogen,water temperature,total phosphorus,dissolved oxygen and chloride are the main factors for algae distribution in the lake outlet.Among them,temperature and water temperature have the greatest impact on Cyanophyta,while diatom is less affected by environmental factors.
