温拌环氧沥青OGFC在隧道路面的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 隧道空间相对狭小和封闭,且隧道所处区域交通绕行成本高昂。因此,隧道路面须具备阻燃、舒适、耐久及抗滑等特点,且为减小施工烟尘,改善作业环境,需采取温拌方式施工。本文采用两阶段拌和的后掺法工艺制备了温拌环氧沥青透水混合料,开展高温、低温、水稳定性等路用性能评价及小型加速加载长期性能检验,并成功铺筑试验路段。结果表明,后掺法温拌环氧沥青OGFC性能优,是一种潜在的可持续节能环保的功能性隧道路面材料。 The tunnel space is relatively narrow and closed,and it’s very expensive to bypass the tunnel.Therefore,the tunnel pavement must have the characteristics of flame-retardant,comfortable,durable and excellent anti-skid,and in order to reduce the construction smoke pollution and improve the working environment,warm mixing construction is required.A series of laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of warm-mix epoxy asphalt permeable mixture by post-doping methods,including rutting tests,low temperature,water stability and small accelerated loading test,and the warm-mix epoxy OGFC section of tunnel pavement was successfully paved.The results showed that the post-mixed warmmix epoxy asphalt OGFC is a potential sustainable energy-saving and environmentally friendly functional materials of tunnel pavement.
