摘要
纤维作为一种增韧材料广泛运用于各类工业材料中,本文研究了纤维增强水泥稳定碎石基层材料的压实特性,掺量分别为0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的木质素纤维被用来制备纤维增强水泥稳定碎石。试验研究结果表明:一定数量纤维的加入不会明显改变水泥稳定碎石的压实特性,同时无侧限抗压强度结果表明木质素纤维可以显著地提高水泥稳定碎石的强度。本研究表明纤维素的加入可以在不明显增加水泥稳定碎石压实功的条件下,显著地提升材料的强度,具备一定的实际应用前景。
Fibers also have been widely used as a toughening material in various industrial materials.In this paper,the compaction characteristics of fiber-reinforced cement-stabilized aggregates were investigated,and lignin fibers at 0.4%,0.6%and 0.8%were used to prepare fiber-reinforced cement-stabilized aggregates.Results show that the addition of a certain number of fibers did not significantly change the compaction characteristics of the cement stabilized aggregates,while the results of the lateral limit-free compressive strength indicated that the lignin fibers could significantly improve the strength of the cement stabilized aggregates.This study shows that the addition of lignin fibers can significantly improve the strength of cement stabilized aggregates without significantly increasing the compaction work of the material.This study could show some practical application prospects,to some extent.
