摘要
为了弥补时间间隔测量技术相关研究的不足,比较分析几种高精度的时间间隔测量方法:介绍几种常用的时间间隔测量技术,给出每种方法的测量原理、测量精度和分辨率;并介绍几种近些年发展的其他的时间间隔测量方法,给出每种方法的测量思路;最后总结高精度时间间隔测量技术的发展方向和面临的主要困难。
In order to supplement the insufficiency of studying the time interval measurement techniques,the paper comparatively analyzed several high-precise time interval measurement methods:several common time interval measurement techniques were introduced,and the measurement principle,measurement precision and resolution of each method were given;in addition,some other time interval measurement methods developed in recent years were introduced,and the measurement ideas of each method were given;finally,the development direction and the main difficulties of high-precise time interval measurement technology were summarized.
