基于PID算法的浮桥适时动力固定技术实现

摘要 浮桥适时动力固定技术,可满足快速架设浮桥、执行任务时间较短或其他浮桥固定方式难以实施时的需求,实现动力舟或汽艇输出动力与浮桥所受阻力自适应调节。文章主要采用PID控制算法,通过桥轴线位移监测,对浮桥在河流中实现精确的动力固定进行仿真和现场试验,并对仿真和试验结果进行了分析,仿真和试验结果验证了浮桥动力学模型的可靠性和有效性,并表明文章所设计的PID控制算法具有良好的控制效果。 The timely power anchorage technology of the pontoon bridge can meet the needs of fast erection of pontoon bridge,short task time or other pontoon bridge anchoring methods that are difficult to implement,and realize the adaptive adjustment of the output power of power boat or motor boat and the resistance of pontoon bridge.In this paper,the PID-control method was mainly used,and the power anchorage of the pontoon in the river was simulated and tested by monitoring the axle axis displacement,and the simulation and test results were analyzed.The simulation and test results verified the reliability and effectiveness of the pontoon dynamics model,and showed that the PID control method designed in this paper has a good control effect.
