摘要
文章设计了一种简洁高效的卸砖整机中的分砖机构,利用ANSYS软件对该机构的关键零部件如载砖平台、受力支点及整体机架等进行了结构应力和接触应力数值模拟,结合应力云图结果对机架受力支点进行布局优化,使其在保证结构强度的条件下减小应力峰值。使其应力值下降了10%,提高了机构总体稳定性。
In this paper,a simple and efficient brick separation mechanism in the whole brick unloading machine is designed,and the structural stress and contact stress of the key parts of the mechanism,such as brick platform,force fulcrum and whole frame,are numerically simulated by using ANSYS software.According to the results of stress cloud diagram,the layout of the stress fulcrum of the frame is optimized to reduce the peak stress under the condition of ensuring the structural strength.The stress value is reduced by 10%,and the overall stability of the mechanism is improved.
