基于FDM技术的3D打印制件缺陷产生原因及解决方法的概述 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,各类3D打印技术逐渐出现在大众的视野中,而基于FDM技术的3D打印机由于其成型原理简单,易于操作,维护成本低,系统运行安全等优点,被个人、家庭、学校等广泛使用,但基于FDM技术的3D打印在成型过程中存在各种缺陷,给操作者带来困难的同时也极大地阻碍了该技术在3D打印中的应用与发展。文章就基于FDM技术的3D打印出现的各种缺陷及解决方法进行相关的研究分析,提高了成型件的表面质量和精度,提高材料利用率,实际应用效果较好。 In recent years,various types of 3D printing technologies have gradually appeared in the public's field of vision.Because of its simple forming principle,easy operation,low maintenance cost,and safe system operation,3D printers based on FDM technology have been used by individuals,families,schools,etc.It is widely used,but there are various defects in the 3D printing forming process based on FDM technology,which brings difficulties to the operator and greatly hinders the application and development of this technology in 3D printing.In this paper,various defects and solutions of 3D printing of FDM technology are studied and analyzed,which improves the surface quality and precision of formed parts,improves the utilization rate of materials,and has a good effect in practical application.
