电梯电气控制系统故障和维修技术分析 被引量:2

摘要 电梯是高层建筑必备的电气设备,在实际运行中很容易出现各种故障。除了会导致居民日常出行受到影响之外,还有极小概率可能会发生安全事故,给居民的人身安全造成严重威胁,这显然不符合现代建筑安全、便利的发展要求。而纵观各类电梯故障可以发现,绝大多数故障都是由电气控制系统导致的。因此必须要在充分了解电梯电气控制系统的基础上,对安全回路故障、继电器故障、变频器故障、控制板故障等常见电气控制系统问题进行了解,再对相应的维修技术加以分析。 Elevators are necessary electrical equipment in high-rise buildings,and they are prone to all kinds of failures in actual operation.In addition to affecting the daily travel of residents,there is a very small probability that safety accidents may occur,which poses a serious threat to the personal safety of residents,which obviously does not meet the requirements of the development of modern building safety and convenience.Looking at all kinds of elevator faults,it can be found that most of the faults are caused by the electrical control system.So it is necessary to fully understand the elevator electrical control system on the basis of fully understanding the elevator electrical control system,deal with the common electrical control system problems,such as safety circuit fault,relay fault,frequency converter fault,control board fault,and then analyze the corresponding maintenance technology.
