摘要
目前的工业处理主要利用软件工程进行,传统的工业图像在线处理系统存在稳定性差的问题。因此,本文基于软件工程设计新的工业图像在线处理系统。硬件部分设计Zynq700芯片、USB摄像头、FPGA微处理器以及Flash储存器;软件部分首先采集工业图像信息,其次进行工业图像浏览合并,建立图像储存框架,最后基于软件工程设计图像传输处理程序,从而实现工业图像在线处理。实验结果表明,设计的系统具有稳定性,具有一定的推广意义。
At present,industrial processing is mainly carried out by software engineering.The traditional industrial image online processing system has the problem of poor stability,so a new industrial image online processing system is designed based on software engineering.In the hardware part,zynq700 chip,USB camera,FPGA microprocessor and flash memory are designed.In the software part,the industrial image information is collected firstly,and then the industrial image is browsed and merged to establish the image storage framework.Finally,the image transmission processing program is designed based on software engineering to realize the industrial image online processing.The experimental results show that the designed system is stable and has certain popularization significance.
