摘要
设计并制作一个板球控制系统,该系统主要由STC89C52单片机、OV7607摄像头、步进电机、2MD320驱动模块、电源模块以及平板支撑机构等组成。采用STC89C52单片机作为小球运动的检测和控制中心;采用2MD320驱动器驱动直流步进电机,通过电机的正、反转控制小球在光滑平板上来回滚动及在某一位置停止;利用OV7670摄像头模块采集小球运动的位置信息,完成位置设定。该系统通过调整PWM对电机进行调速,使小球在规定时间和区间内做往复运动,实现小球运动的位置控制及定点稳定停留等功能。整个系统电路机构简单、可靠,各项功能测试指标基本符合系统设计要求。
It has designed and manufactured a cricket control system,the system is mainly composed of STC89C52 microcontroller,OV7607 camera,stepper motor,2MD320 drive module,power module and plate support mechanism.STC89C52 microcontroller is used as the detection and control center of the ball movement.2MD320 driver is used to drive the DC stepper motor.The forward and reverse control of the motor controls the ball to roll back and forth on the smooth plate and stop at a certain position.The OV7670 camera module is used to collect the position information of the ball movement to achieve the position setting.The system adjusts the speed of the motor by adjusting the PWM,so as to make the ball reciprocating motion in the specified time and interval,and realize the function of the position control of the ball movement and the fixed point stable stay and so on.The circuit structure of the whole system is simple and reliable,and the functional test indexes basically meet the system design requirements.
