Research Advances in Cellular Immunotherapy for Liver Cancer

肝癌是临床上发病率和死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率逐年升高,其发病机制与免疫系统密切相关,免疫治疗尤其是细胞免疫治疗近年在临床广泛研究和应用。细胞免疫治疗可通过调节机体免疫系统功能激活机体内抗肿瘤免疫应答,进而消灭肿瘤细胞,并避免肿瘤的转移和复发。目前临床应用的细胞免疫治疗方法主要包括靶向T细胞的免疫治疗和非靶向T细胞的免疫治疗。随着免疫技术的不断发展,细胞免疫治疗已成为肝癌综合治疗的重要手段,且多种细胞免疫疗法的联合使用可有效缓解治疗的不良反应,延长患者生存时间。目前肝癌的细胞免疫疗法仍需更多临床数据的支持,且应进一步深入研究不同肝癌的治疗策略。

Liver cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality.The incidence is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis is closely related to the immune system.Immunotherapy,especially cellular immunotherapy,has been widely studied and applied in clinical practice in recent years.The cellular immunotherapy can activate the anti-tumor immune response in the body by regulating the immune system function of the body,and then eliminate the tumor cells,and avoid the metastasis and recurrence.At present,the immunotherapy methods mainly include targeted T cells immunotherapy and non-targeted T cell immunotherapy.With the development of immunotechnology,cellular immunotherapy has become an important means of comprehensive treatment of liver cancer.The combination of multiple immunotherapies can effectively alleviate the adverse reactions of treatment and prolong the survival time of the patients.At present,more clinical data are needed to support the immunotherapy of liver cancer,and the treatment strategies of different liver cancers should be further studied.
