摘要
单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值(MLR)是近年来备受关注的新型炎症指标,其反映了外周血中单核细胞与淋巴细胞之间的动态平衡,也可直接反映机体炎症状态,在许多呼吸系统疾病(如社区获得性肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌)中MLR均有升高,且MLR的水平可用于评估呼吸系统疾病严重程度、临床治疗效果、预测疾病预后情况等。进一步探索MLR在呼吸系统疾病中的作用,可为呼吸系统疾病的诊断及治疗提供更加便捷的生物学指标,为呼吸系统疾病的早期诊断提供依据。
Monocyte/lymphocyte ratio(MLR)is a new type of inflammation index that has attracted much attention in recent years.It reflects the dynamic balance between monocytes and lymphocytes in the peripheral blood,which can also directly reflect the body′s inflammatory state.In many system diseases(such as community-acquired pneumonia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,lung cancer)the level of MLR is elevated,which can be used to assess the severity,clinical treatment effects,and predict disease prognosis of respiratory diseases.Further exploration of the role of MLR in respiratory diseases can provide more convenient biological indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases,and provide a basis for the early diagnosis.
