中医药治疗恶性肿瘤术后并发症的临床应用

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Malignant Tumor

恶性肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一,历代医家在认识和防治该病的过程中进行了积极探索,并将越来越多的治疗手段和方法运用于恶性肿瘤的治疗,使患者整体治愈率和生存期不断改善。随着外科手术的发展,恶性肿瘤的根治率和患者生存率不断提高。由于术中医源性或术后并发症的出现,患者术后5年生存率明显降低,生活质量也明显下降。近年来中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤的优势不断凸显,中医治法和方药开始更多地应用于临床治疗并发挥重要作用。在辨证论治理论的指导下,中医药具有调整恶性肿瘤手术患者胃肠功能紊乱、促进术后康复、减少复发转移等优势。未来,可进一步验证中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的科学性和有效性,以为减轻患者痛苦提供参考方案。

Malignant tumor is one of the diseases that seriously endanger human health.In the process of understanding and preventing the disease,doctors of all ages have actively explored and applied more and more methods to the treatment of malignant tumor,so as to improve the overall cure rate and survival period of the patients.With the development of surgery,the radical cure rate of malignant tumor and the survival rate of the patients are increasing.However,because of the occurrence of iatrogenic or postoperative complications,the 5-year survival rate is greatly reduced,and the quality of life of the patients is also significantly decreased.In recent years,the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor have been increasingly prominent,and TCM treatment methods and prescriptions have begun to be more applied in the clinical treatment and play an important role.Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,TCM has the advantages of adjusting gastrointestinal dysfunction,promoting postoperative rehabilitation,reducing recurrence and metastasis of the patients.In the future,the scientificity and effectiveness of TCM in treating malignant tumors can be further verified,providing reference plans for alleviating the suffering of the patients.
