高校践行监督执纪“四种形态”: 价值意蕴、路径选择与策略优化

Four Forms of Supervision and Discipline Enforcement in Higher Education Institutes:Value Implication,Realization Path and Strategy Optimization

监督执纪“四种形态”是党的十八大以来党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的重大理论和实践创新,是推进全面从严治党的具体方法和科学路径。高校践行监督执纪“四种形态”有助于推进全面从严治党、深化纪委工作“三转”、创新廉政风险防控机制。当前高校应从建章立制、细列清单、分类约谈、线索处置四个方面推动监督执纪“四种形态”的运用,并通过完善指标体系、明确转化标准、构建协同机制进行策略优化。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the four forms of supervision and enforcement of discipline have been a major theoretical and practical innovation in the construction of Party conduct,clean government and anti-corruption work,and a specific method and scientific path to promote comprehensive and strict Party administration.Promoting the four forms of discipline supervision and enforcement benefits the promotion of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party,the"three transformations"of discipline inspection commissions,and making innovations in risk prevention in the field of clean governance.Implementation of the four forms in higher education institutes is done in the four aspects of regulation design,list making,admonishment and clue-handling,strategies optimized as regard the perfection of the indicator system,standard definition,and construction of a coordinated mechanism.
