Recent years has witnessed a considerable rise in academic misconducts in higher education institutes,unjustifiable academic research and publication activities impacting legitimate ones,interfering with research order.Such misconducts are prominent with academic paper authors typically manifested as plagiarism,forged and falsified experiment data,illegitimate authorship signature,multi-submission,repeated publication,paper purchasing,ghostwriting,etc.Multiple dimensions and deep-lying factors account for such academic misconducts;they are the products of social factors,personal factors and management mechanism working together.For the maintenance of a normal academic research environment to remold the academic morality,the correction of such misconducts requires the construction of a"community of shared academic life,"multiple measures to be taken to perfect the academic morality education mechanism,punishments to be applied with proper laws and regulations.
