摘要
以某型动车组转向架运行数据为基础,利用可靠性模型并结合统计学理论对转向架及各子系统的故障发生规律及可靠性进行了统计分析。结合转向架系统现有的维修计划,对转向架系统维修周期提出了优化调整建议。
Based on operation data of bogie on a certain type of multiple units,with reliability model and combined with statistical theory,the rules of faults of bogie and each subsystem and reliability are statistically analyzed.Combined with existing maintenance plan for bogie system,the suggestions for optimization and adjustment of maintenance period of bogie system are provided.
