Test Research on Environment at End of Axle Box for Railway Passenger Cars

通过试验研究铁道客车轴箱端部环境的变化情况,分析了轮轴在启动、运行平稳和停止3个阶段中轴箱盖内和轴承外侧的压力、温度随时间的变化规律,以及轴箱盖内、迷宫槽和轴承外侧的油脂分布情况,掌握了轴箱端部环境变化对油脂甩出的影响。

Via studying the change of the environment at the end of the axle box for railway passenger cars through test,the change rules of pressure and temperature in the axle box cover and outside of the bearing with time during the three stages of starting,stable operation and stopping of the vehicle are analyzed,and the oil distribution in the axle box cover,the labyrinth groove and the outside of the bearing is analyzed,the influence of environmental change on the oil spill is mastered.
