摘要
针对既有客车在运行中多次发生的15系列车钩钩尾框“上台”故障,探讨了段修中15系列车钩缓冲装置装车及落成环节钩尾框防跳板距牵引梁安装面的尺寸的卡控范围,经实践验证,通过采取该尺寸卡措施降低了故障率。
In view of the trouble of upwarping of coupler yoke for series 15 coupler occurred many times in the operation of existing passenger cars,the control range of dimension between the anti-jump plate of coupler yoke and the installation surface of traction beam for series 15 coupler and buffer device in the loading and completion link during depot repair is discussed,and the trouble rate is reduced by using measure of controlling the dimension via practice verification.
