食管胃结合部腺癌的微创外科治疗现状与展望

Current status and perspectives of minimally invasive surgical treatment of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction

食管胃结合部腺癌(adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction,AEG)发病率不断升高,外科手术仍然是最重要和有效的治疗方法。传统开放手术创伤大、恢复慢,而腹腔镜、胸腔镜及纵隔镜技术的迅速发展促进了食管胃结合部腺癌的微创外科治疗。为进一步减少手术创伤,机器人辅助手术及经自然腔道取标本手术等新技术也在陆续开展。未来AEG的微创化治疗将得到进一步规范和推广。

The incidence of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)has been increasing gradually,while surgical treatment is still the most important and effective therapy.Traditional open surgery is associated with large trauma and slow recovery,and the rapid development of laparoscopic,thoracoscopic and mediastinoscopic techniques has promoted the minimally invasive surgical treatment of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction.To further reduce surgical trauma,new techniques such as robot-assisted surgery and natural orifice specimen extraction surgery are also being developed,and minimally invasive treatment of AEG will be further standardized and promoted in the future.
