精细化管理对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者的干预效果及对心理情绪的影响

The intervention effects of meticulous management for the patients with diabetic osteoporosis and its influence on psychological emotion of patients

目的研究精细化管理对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者的干预效果及对心理情绪的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月100例接受精细化管理对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者。抽取分为常规护理组、精细化护理组各50例。常规护理组患者干预进行一般护理,精细化护理组患者干预进行精细化护理,统计2组患者骨密度、PINP水平变化、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平变化,2组患者护理干预前后生活质量、情绪紧张、心理压力进行评价,统计2组患者家属满意情况。结果精细化护理组患者干预后腰椎骨密度T值、股骨骨密度T值、PINP数值上升明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后精细化管理组HbA1c、FBG水平下降高于常规护理组,2组对比有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规护理组患者相比SAA、SDS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精细化护理组患者家属满意率高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预可以提高骨质的骨密度;降低患者血糖指标,改善患者自我情绪负担、生活质量以及心理压力情况,提高患者满意率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the intervention effects of meticulous nursing for the patients with diabetic osteoporosis and its influence on psychological emotion of patients.Methods One hundred patients with diabetic osteoporosis who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by meticulous nursing.The changes of bone mineral density,PINP level,HbA1c and FBG level,and the life quality,emotional tension and psychological pressure as well as the satisfaction degree of patients’family members were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the BMD T value of lumbar vertebrae,BMD T value of femur and PINP value of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of HbA1c and FBG in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the SAA and SDS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction degree of patients’family members in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous nursing intervention can improve bone mineral density,reduce blood glucose indexes,improve patients’self emotional burden,life quality and psychological stress of patients with diabetic osteoporosis,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients’family members.
