精细化护理干预对喉鳞癌手术患者的价值及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

The effects of meticulous nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression emotions of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma undergoing surgical treatment

目的研究精细化护理干预对行手术治疗喉鳞癌患者的护理价值及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2017至2019收治的100例行喉鳞癌手术患者为研究对象,按照完全随机法将所有患者分为常规护理组、精细化护理组,每组50例。常规护理组患者均使用常规护理模式进行护理;精细化护理使用精细化护理干预。对全部患者护理前后营养状况、焦虑、抑郁情绪、生活质量、患者满意情况、并发症发生率进行统计。结果精细化护理组护理后血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、淋巴细胞计数(lymphocyte count,TLC)、血浆白蛋白(plasma albumin,ALB)评分低于常规护理组;精细化护理组护理后焦虑评级表(anxiety rating scale,SDS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self rating depression scale,SAS)评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05);精细化护理组护理后生理功能、生命活力、精神健康高于常规护理组,躯体疼痛低于常规护理组(P<0.05);精细化护理组患者总满意度96.00%高于常规护理组总满意度78.00%(P<0.05);精细化护理组并发症发生率24.00%低于常规护理组并发症发生率4.00%(P<0.05);精细化护理组死亡率0.00%低于常规护理组死亡率2.00%(P>0.05)。结论精细化护理干预可以有效改善喉鳞癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of meticulous nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression emotions of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma undergoing surgical treatment.Methods One hundred patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and observation group according to the complete randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by meticulous nursing.The nutritional status,anxiety,depression,quality of life,patient’s satisfaction degree and incidence rate of complication were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),lymphocyte count(TLC)and plasma albumin(ALB)as well as the SDS scores and SAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However the physiological function,life vitality and mental health in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the total satisfaction rate in observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in observation group was 24.00%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the mortality rate(0.00%)in observation group was significantly lower than that(2%)in cotrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression emotion of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,improve the life quality and nursing satisfaction degree,thus,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
