曲线型仰卧护理模式对老年患者压力性损伤的预防效果

The effects of curved supine nursing mode in preventing pressure ulcer in elderly inpatients

目的探讨曲线型仰卧护理模式在老年患者住院期间预防压力性损伤的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月入住急诊科患者。将120例纳入研究的患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组患者采用传统平卧、常规护理模式,干预组患者采用曲线型仰卧护理模式。干预期间观察2组患者压力性损伤分期、压力性损伤发生率,评估患者Braden评分。结果压力性损伤发生率对照组(18.33%)与干预组(5.00%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组和对照组Braden评分均随时间呈上升趋势,干预后第5~9天干预组Braden评分高于对照组(P<0.05),干预结束后干预组Braden评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲线型仰卧护理模式可有效降低老年患者住院期间的压力性损伤发生率,具有一定的预防压力性损伤发生作用,该模式可提高老年患者住院期间压力性损伤护理管理质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of curved supine nursing mode in preventing pressure ulcer in elderly inpatients.Methods A total of 120 patients who were admitted into Emergency Department of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional supine mode and routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by curved supine nursing mode.The pressure stage and the incidence of pressure ulcers as well as Braden scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in control group was 18.33%,which was significantly higher than that(5.00%)in observation group(P<0.05).The Braden scores in both groups were increased with the time going on.After 5~9 day intervention and at the end of intervention the Braden scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curved supine nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in elderly inpatients,which has a certain effect in the prevention of pressure ulcer,moreover,which can improve the quality of pressure ulcer treatment management in elderly inpatients.
